The Rally Guide includes loads of information to support planning an in-person or virtual rally! Download the guide and print only the pages you need. Little Brownie Baker’s guide is perfect for planning a cookie rally for your area, service unit or troop.
Troop Cookie Manager training is required and will cover what you need to know to manage the cookie program and support your Girl Scouts and their families.
It will include information about what’s new, important dates and deadlines, volunteer responsibilities, a brief program overview and girl rewards. You will learn what to factor in when placing the initial order, and what steps to take during different phases of the program. Tips and best practices for inventory management and using eBudde and Digital Cookie will be shared, along with where to find additional resources to support your experience.
Attending TCM training also gives you an opportunity to get answers to your questions and to connect with other volunteers!
TCMs—Register for in-person training or Zoom live webinar trainings through gsEvents. TCMs who register for live webinars will be sent the link to join a day before the webinar.
Click here to access gsEvents calendar.
Recorded TCM training will also be available in gsLearn starting Friday, Dec. 9.
Log into gsLearn through your myGS dashboard and look for the 2023 TCM Training in the GSCO course library.
The Cookie Captain program provides service-oriented Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors the opportunity to mentor Daisies and Brownies during the 2023 Cookie Program and teach them about the 5 Essential Skills: Goal Setting, Decision Making, Money Management, People Skills, and Business Ethics!
Share your expertise and earn service leadership hours too! Cookie Captains can work with service units to help plan cookie rallies, and also help area key volunteers by assisting with special projects at delivery sites and cookie cupboards. Cookie Captains can share their story too, through GSCO social media, as well as Media Stars, and earn service hours for doing so!
For more information about being a Cookie Captain, check out the Cookie Captain Job Description, training, and the hours log sheet.

2023 Girl Scout Cookie Program!
GSCO recommends having a family meeting/troop training before the start of the program and after the program ends, as well as communicating with Girl Scouts and their families throughout the program.
Review the Troop Training checklist in the TCM guide (page 10) or download the checklist linked below. Read through the GSCO Cookie Program Family guide and share the link to the family guide with parents/caregivers of Girl Scouts in your troop. You will also find the GSUSA program level family guides that include detailed information about Girl Scout Cookie Business badges and the entrepreneurship pins. Getting familiar with these resources will help you to know what key information to present and discuss at your family meeting.
Cookie Program Family Guide
Along with sharing information about the cookie program, the family meeting/troop training is the ideal time to discuss troop and individual goals, important dates, and deadlines, and to have parents/caregivers complete a Cookie Program Permission Form.
If extra support is needed for troop training, contact your SUCM.
