Girl Scout Cookies Get Even Sweeter in New Specialty Desserts Created by Award-Winning Chefs from Crafted Concepts Restaurants
Take your Girl Scout Cookie craving up a notch and try four delicious desserts featuring your favorite cookies, created by award-winning chefs at four of Denver’s best-known restaurants. Every bite of Girl Scout cookies is a bite toward real change in our communities and beyond because when Girl Scouts participate in the Cookie Program they grow their skills, build their confidence, and fund their next adventures, and Crafted Concepts will donate $1 of each dessert sold to Girl Scouts of Colorado.
You can find the following desserts at Rioja, Stoic & Genuine, Bistro Vendôme and Ultreia Feb. 4 through March 10:
- Box of Thin Mints, chocolate mousse, mint chocolate sauce, vanilla Thin Mint crumb available at Bistro Vendôme (2267 Kearney Street in Park Hill). Featuring Thin Mint cookies.
- Do-si-Do PB&J, Do-si-Do phyllo crisp, grape chiboust, roasted grapes, peanut butter anglaise available at Rioja (1431 Larimer Square in Denver). Featuring Do-si-Do cookies.
- Adventurefuls Salted Caramel Tart, Adventurefuls-chocolate pate sucre, chocolate ganache, salted caramel available at Stoic & Genuine (1701 Wynkoop in Denver’s Union Station). Featuring Adventurefuls cookies.
- Trefoil Dulce de Leche Cheesecake, Trefoil crumb crust, dulce de leche cheesecake, vanilla whipped mascarpone, white chocolate anglaise available at Ultreia (1701 Wynkoop in Denver’s Union Station). Featuring Trefoil cookies.
“Our pastry chefs unleashed their creative talents and came up with these amazing desserts incorporating Girl Scout Cookies,” said Beth Gruitch, co-owner of the restaurants. “We’re thrilled to be partnering with the Girl Scouts of Colorado.”
Crafted Concepts, a women-owned business that operates Stoic & Genuine, Ultreia, Rioja, and Bistro Vendôme, believes in the power of girls to change the world and contributes $1 from each dessert sold to Girl Scouts of Colorado.

Adventurefuls, Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs, Trefoils, Dos-si-Dos, and Lemon-Ups are $5/package. S’mores and gluten-free Toffee-tastic are $6/package. The 2024 Girl Scout Cookie Program ends Sunday, March 10.
