Treat yourself to sweetness and self-care at Self-Care Sundae!
Get ready for a relaxing spa-inspired event where you'll discover simple ways to care for your mind and body while enjoying delicious ice cream with friends.
This event is designed as an open-house experience, allowing families to move through stations at their own pace. Each participant will receive a station passport upon arrival. Once participant has completed their passport, they will have earned their patch!
Activity stations include:
- Ice Cream Sundae SWAPS
- Sundae Bar
- Build a Self-Care Sundae
- Spa Science: DIY Lotion
- Sweet Notes to Myself

- This is not a drop-off event. All girls must be accompanied by their caregiver or attend with their troop. Adult safety ratios must be followed. Please refer to Volunteer Essentials.
- Financial Aid is available for members only. Membership will be verified before approval for gsEvents Financial Aid requests.
- Event capacity is very limited. Registration will close when capacity is met.

If you cannot attend a Girl Scouts of Colorado event, please cancel allowing another Girl Scout to take your spot! Full refunds will be given up to two weeks before the registration deadline, partial refunds (minus a $5 processing fee) will be given within two weeks of the deadline, and no refunds will be given after the registration deadline.
