Warm up this winter while exploring the Gardens' indoor plant displays! Girl Scout Juniors learn about the anatomy of a flower as they dissect flowers, use their creativity to design and construct a paper flower display, and explore the beauty of the Gardens' Orchid Showcase.
This program is designed to support the Girl Scout Juniors Flowers Badge. Denver Botanic Gardens does not supply badges. Badges can be purchased through the GSCO Shop.
The Gardens aims to provide the opportunity for all families to experience the wonders of nature through hands-on programming. To learn more about the Gardens' Children and Family Programs registration financial assistance program, visit our Financial Assistance Application.
Make and Take Programs are self-guided and self-paced programs that provide a creative environment for Girl Scouts to explore a nature based topic while using their imaginations and exploring the Gardens. Each make and take program includes a self guided exploration and the supplies and to space to create a project to take home.
$15 per Girl Scout; One group Leader per five Girl Scouts is admitted free of charge. Additional adults and non-participating siblings are an additional $7 each.
