Experience a relaxing, creative session designed to help you unwind, reflect, and celebrate the special people in your life! We'll start by grounding ourselves with a quiet movement and meditation exercise before diving into guided journaling activities.
Activities:
Mindful Movement and Reflection: Begin with light, centering movement and meditation to get into a calm, creative mindset.
Guided Journaling and "Star People" activity: Explore fun, reflective prompt activities in your journal. We'll map out your "Star People"-highlighting the key individuals who support, encourage, and shine bright in your life.
Crafts and Connection: Round out the session by making friendship bracelets and classic SWAPs to trade and keep!
What to bring:
Just yourself and an open mind! All journaling materials, star templates, and craft supplies will be provided.
All participants will earn a Colorado Sisterhood of Support patch.

- This is a drop-off event. We will provide enough supervision to cover safety ratios. Registrants are required to complete an Authorized Pick Up form.

If you cannot attend an event, please cancel so that another Girl Scout can take your spot! GSCO Event and Training refunds are given on a per registrant basis. Full refunds will be given for cancellations up to two weeks prior to the registration deadline. Partial refunds will be given for events within two weeks of the registration deadline (minus a $5 processing fee). No refunds will be given after the registration deadline. A registrant may transfer their registration to another troop member or family member up until the event registration deadline. If a transfer is requested and processed no refund will be processed. Contact registrars@gscolorado.org for cancellations or refund requests. Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. If Girl Scouts of Colorado cancels a program, a full refund will be issued. Caregivers can cancel their Girl Scouts even if their troop leaders registered them.
