This super fun mental health event is all about empowering you to find your sparkle, tune into your emotions, and master awesome grounding tricks! Plus, we're bringing out the scissors and glue to dream big and map out your goals with a totally personalized journal!
We'll also chat about how to keep social media fun and healthy and learn the best ways to lift up your besties when they need it most. Through high-energy games and cozy group chats, you'll walk away with a toolkit packed with ways to stay strong, happy, and resilient.
The best part? Girl Scouts will earn their official Sisterhood of Support patch to show off everything they've learned about keeping their minds and hearts happy! Let's grow together!
