You're invited to a fun-filled, open-house style Family Fun Day celebrating diversity, inclusion, self-expression, and community! Girls in grades K-12 and their families are invited to explore interactive activity stations, learn something new, and earn the Girl Scout LGBTQ+ Pride Month celebration fun patch.
The Girl Scout LGBTQ+ Pride Month Celebration Fun Patch is designed for Girl Scouts of all levels, their leaders, and their family members to honor LGBTQ+ history, to celebrate the diverse cultures and identities of LGBTQ+ people, and to acknowledge the many contributions the LGBTQ+ community has made and continues to make across our nation. This patch is a part of the Girl Scout Multicultural Community Celebration patches. It was designed to celebrate the countless contributions that diverse communities have made.
This event is designed as an open-house experience, allowing families to move through stations at their own pace. Each participant will receive a station passport upon arrival. Once all passport stations have been completed, participants will have earned their patches!
Activity Stations Include:
- Poppin' with Pride: Create your own rainbow popcorn masterpiece with delicious and colorful treats
- Key(chain) to Being You: Design a keychain that celebrates what makes you unique.
- Blooming with Pride: Turn a white flower into a colorful masterpiece and discover the science of how water travels through plants
- Glitter and Glow: Add colorful sparkle to create a look that's uniquely you and lets you shine bright
- Pin Your Pride: Create a colorful felt button that helps tell your story and celebrates who you are

- This is not a drop-off event. All girls must be accompanied by their caregiver or attend with their troop. Adult safety ratios must be followed. Please refer to Volunteer Essentials.

This is a family event. Any family members of a current girl scout member may attend.

Event capacity is very limited. Registration will close when capacity is met.
If you cannot attend an event, please cancel so that another Girl Scout can take your spot! The earlier you let us know, the better, so we can get your spot filled. Contact registrars@gscolorado.org for cancellation requests.
