This training is required for new troop leadership team members, bridging leaders, and Juliette Mentors. Learn the fundamentals of successful troop management, discover how to create a more girl-led troop experience, explore the Girl Scout badge program, and understand key safety requirements and best practices. You'll also gain practical tips, resources, and ideas to help you plan engaging meetings, build strong partnerships with your Girl Scouts and caregivers, and set your troop up for a successful year.
Participants will receive meeting information by email two days before the training event. While you are not required to complete leader training for every program level represented in your troop, we recommend registering for the grade level you will work with most closely.
