Find your inner compass at this hands-on workshop where Cadettes earn the new True North leadership award in one inspiring afternoon. Through creative activities and personal reflection girls will discover what matters most to them, set a meaningful courage goal, and build the confidence to go after it!
Perfect for middle schoolers who want a fun, empowering space to explore who they are and who they want to become.
Lunch will be provided (please indicate dietary restrictions in the registration form). What participants will receive:
- The True North Award completed - pin included
- Completed the pre-requisites for the Silver Award
- A personalized courage plan & major confidence boost
- New leadership skills (the kind that are useful in real life)
- Friends, memories, and a ton of fun!
Who should attend?
Any Cadette ready to grow their voice, stretch outside their comfort zone, and have a blast doing it. And any Cadettes who want to complete the pre-requisite for the Silver Award - by completing this workshop, you can get started on your Silver Award right away as the new school year begins!
- This is a drop-off event. We will provide enough supervision to cover safety ratios. Registrants are required to complete an Authorized Pick Up form.
- Financial Aid is available for members only. Membership will be verified before approval for gsEvents Financial Aid requests
- Event capacity is very limited. Registration will close when capacity is met.

If you cannot attend a Girl Scouts of Colorado event, please cancel allowing another Girl Scout to take your spot! Full refunds will be given up to two weeks before the registration deadline, partial refunds (minus a $5 processing fee) will be given within two weeks of the deadline, and no refunds will be given after the registration deadline.
