Welcome to the OAC! For our first event of the season, we’re going on a treasure hunt at Staunton State Park. Join us as we use GPS units and maps to search for hidden geocaches all over the park. The geocaches at Staunton are designed to help us explore and exchange treasures while also teaching us more about the history of the park and native plants and animals that call this beautiful place home. Throughout the day, we’ll take breaks from geocaching to shoot bullseyes on the brand-new archery range and cast a few lines at the Davis Ponds to try our luck at catching fish! This event is open to girls in 6th grade. All spaces are first come, first served.
Registration closes Thursday, September 30 or when the event reaches capacity.
