Girl Scout Brownies and Juniors explore the beauty of nature as they become outdoor art explorers and creators. Girl Scouts discover how nature inspires art, explore the visual interests of natural textures, search for hidden patters and design and plant a terrarium to take home with them.
Girl Scout Exploration Days offer girl scout troops the opportunity to explore plant-based themes through a variety of hands-on activities and take-home projects. Each Exploration Day offers several activity stations set up throughout the Gardens for groups to explore.
This program will take place outdoors as weather allows. On days with wet weather or colder temperatures, all or portions of the program may be moved indoors as needed without prior notice.
