About Lazy Acres
A beautiful stone lodge set in the hills of Genesee is a perfect mountain getaway only 30 minutes from Denver! This 10 acre property is located in close proximity to Genesee Mountain Park where you might see the bison and elk herds that call this area home. While Twisted Pine is heated, guests should dress and come prepared for possibly chilly mountain weather at this high-altitude property! While we can make some accommodations for mobility concerns, automobile use is limited at camp - please come prepared for walking around camp. A detailed packing list and maps will be sent to participants before the event.

Overnight guests must bring their own linens, either a sleeping bag or twin-sized bedroll, and pillows.

Meals

  • All participants will be provided lunch on the days they are registered to attend courses.
  • Friday overnight guests should plan to eat dinner before arrival.
  • Saturday overnight guests will be provided dinner.
  • All overnight guests will be provided breakfast the following morning(s).

We will do our best to honor all dietary restrictions and allergies. Please be sure to provide us with this information during registration.
