This special event is designed exclusively for new troop leaders who began their Girl Scout leadership journey since October 2025.
Join us for a warm, supportive gathering where you'll connect with fellow first-year leaders, enjoy light snacks, and take part in classic Girl Scout traditions that build sisterhood and fun. We'll make SWAPS together, learn a few songs every leader can take back to their troop, and share helpful tips to get your troop year off to a great start. This is a wonderful space to ask questions, exchange ideas, and begin forming the support network that will carry you through your leadership adventure.
