Celebrate Girl Scouts 114 birthday with us! Slice of Sisterhood is a joyful celebration of Girl Scouts' Birthday and Service Saturday, where sisterhood, service, and fun come together! Girl Scouts of all levels are invited to gather for a sweet day of connection while giving back to our community.
Girl Scouts' birthday, March 12, commemorates the day in 1912 when Juliette Gordon Low officially registered the organization's first 18 members in Savannah, Georgia. Girl Scout Week is celebrated each March to honor the founding of Girl Scouts, and we'll celebrate with a PARTY at the end of Girl Scout Week!
This an open-house style event. Come anytime during the event and enjoy the fun!
Participating Girl Scouts will earn this year's Girl Scout Week fun patch (included in registration for Girl Scouts).
Saturday, March 14 is also Service Saturday during Girl Scout Week. This event is proudly hosted in collaboration with the Community Food Bank. In the spirit of service, we invite attendees to bring a donation if you are able. Requested items include:
Whole grains (Brown rice, quinoa, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat cereal)
Your generosity helps support families in our community and shows how Girl Scouts make the world a better place.
Come for the fun, stay for the sisterhood!
