Leading a multi-level troop has many advantages - this class will talk about how to lead a multi-level troop with confidence. We will cover common pitfalls, how to work on badges, Journeys, and mentoring and Highest Awards in a multi-level setting, and how to structure your troop meeting to meet the needs of all Girl Scouts! Recommended for all volunteers working with a multi-level troop.
