A touch of history in your teacup. Girl Scouts will learn table
manners, tea party tips, table settings and a favorite of Juliette
Low's, table etiquette. You may wear your favorite tea party dress or
hat and join this unforgettable afternoon hosted by Girl Scouts
working on their Silver Award.
FUN FACT: Juliette Gordon
Low, a high society lady, enjoyed the ritual of afternoon tea. It was
"over teacups" in our parlor with her cousin Nina Pape that
she hatched her plan to introduce the Girl Scout Movement to the
United States.
