This hands-on program will take you on a tour of the District
Attorney's Office for the Fourth Judicial District in Colorado
Springs. You'll meet some of the attorneys, investigators, victim
advocates, and paralegals who work together to provide justice to the
community. You'll also get to try your hand at being a Deputy District
Attorney in our mock courtroom, where we will work in small,
attorney-led groups to prepare parts of a trial to present to each
other
Next, meet with a judge at the courthouse across
the street to learn about her career path. Finally, back at the
District Attorney's Office, we'll talk about what steps to take if
you'd like a career at a District Attorney's Office.
Cost includes a Stand for Justice fun patch.

- This is not a drop-off event. All girls must be accompanied by their caregiver or attend with their troop. Adult safety ratios must be followed. Please refer to Volunteer Essentials.

This is an 5 hour event, so be sure to bring your own lunch and snacks. We'll have a spot available for you to eat.
