A fun, handson Girl Scout workshop-supported by the Denver League of Women Voters, designed to help girls explore how groups work together, make fair decisions, and understand different perspectives. Through interactive games, stickervoting stations, teamwork challenges, and creative activities, girls discover how finding common ground builds stronger teams-and how voting helps everyone feel heard.

Girl Scouts will learn:

  • How to listen to different ideas and respect diverse viewpoints
  • What common ground is and why it matters
  • How voting works as a fair decisionmaking tool
  • How communication and teamwork strengthen Girl Scout communities

By the end of the workshop, every Girl Scout will feel more confident using their voice, collaborating with others, and contributing to group decisions.

This workshop is ideal for Girl Scouts interested in leadership, teamwork, problemsolving, and making a positive impact.
