It seems like almost every device can take a digital photo - from our phones to laptops, and of course, digital cameras. But do you know how to get the most out of your digital device, and what it takes to capture a prize-winning photo?
You will learn all this and more at Mike's Camera photography workshop! Bring your favorite camera (not a phone) and learn how to set your shutter speed to stop the action or blur it. Take better images of your friends using the correct aperture. Learn how to show your world up close. Bring a memory card to save all your images. One final printed image will be provided at the end of the workshop.
All five steps of the Digital Photographer Badge will be completed. Cost: $10 (badge not included). You can order the badge after completing the workshop here.
Register early, class size is limited to 40 Girl Scout Juniors.
