Come along on a culinary adventure with Biosystems Engineer and bona fide baker and chef, Anna Raschke. In her work life Anna (pronounced like Anna from Frozen) works in anaerobic digestion turning manure and food waste into renewable natural gas. In her home life, Anna loves to be in the kitchen exploring cuisines from around the world and experimenting with new recipes. Anna translates her curiosity for how things work into masterful edible creations.
This is a three-hour badge workshop to allow enough time for
creation of four different dishes. Please arrive at 4 p.m. or earlier
for check-in.
