Come along on a culinary adventure with Biosystems Engineer and bona fide baker and chef, Anna Raschke. In her work life Anna (pronounced like Anna from Frozen) works in anaerobic digestion turning manure and food waste into renewable natural gas. In her home life, Anna loves to be in the kitchen exploring cuisines from around the world and experimenting with new recipes. Anna translates her curiosity for how things work into masterful edible creations.

  • During this badge workshop you will work alongside Anna to:
  • Make a dish from another country -Create a dish from another region of the U.S.
  • Whip up a dish from another time period
  • Cook a dish that makes a statement
  • Share your dishes on a culinary tour!

This is a three-hour badge workshop to allow enough time for creation of four different dishes. Please arrive at 4 p.m. or earlier for check-in.

  • This is a drop-off event. We will provide enough supervision to cover safety ratios. Registrants are required to complete an Authorized Pick Up form.
  • Event capacity is very limited. Registration will close when capacity is met.

If you cannot attend a Girl Scouts of Colorado event, please cancel to allow another Girl Scout to take your spot! Full refunds will be given up to two weeks before the registration deadline, partial refunds (minus a $5 processing fee) will be given within two weeks of the deadline, and no refunds will be given after the registration deadline.
