Designed for Girl Scouts in grades 6-12, this 1.5 hour workshop offers
hands-on digital skills training and a deep dive into real-world
career pathways.
Explore how fiber optic internet
connects communities and powers everyday life. You'll meet women
professionals in engineering, construction, marketing, and more;
gaining an inside look at the wide range of roles that keep a company
like GFiber running. Discover how curiosity and problem-solving drive
innovation across every part of the business. From network design to
internet safety, you'll uncover the tech behind the scenes and see how
your interests can shape the future. Girl Scouts will earn their STEM
Career Exploration badge as they connect with industry leaders and
explore exciting possibilities in the world of fiber internet.

- This is a drop-off event. We will provide enough supervision to cover safety ratios. Registrants are required to complete an Authorized Pick Up form.

Financial Aid is available for members only. Membership will be verified before approval for gsEvents Financial Aid requests.

If you cannot attend a Girl Scouts of Colorado event, please cancel to allow another Girl Scout to take your spot! Full refunds will be given up to two weeks before the registration deadline, partial refunds (minus a $5 processing fee) will be given within two weeks of the deadline, and no refunds will be given after the registration deadline.
