Meadow Mountain Ranch Team building and Survival Skills: Challenge your troop to a day of teambuilding initiatives at Meadow Mountain Ranch! At this program, your troop will work through a series of challenges in a survival skills scenario. Decide together which materials will be most important in your journey, help your friends care for imaginary injuries, build shelters to keep yourselves warm overnight, and face obstacles such as a raging river along the way. Then head to the low ropes course. There you’ll work on communication and leadership skills to complete the TP shuffle and navigate the spider’s web before putting your trust in your partner and your balance on the wild woozy. End the day by going on a treasure hunt together to find all the geocaches hidden at camp!

About Troop Adventure Days:
Join us for a Troop Adventure Day at one of our beautiful camp properties! We can’t wait to get outside and enjoy all the summer fun with you.

This is not a drop-off event. Troops will register together and participate as a group. Juliette’s can attend with a caregiver joining them.

Participants will be split into three groups that will rotate through three different GSCO staff led program areas throughout the day. Troops will not be split up but depending on the size of the troop they may be combined with another group.

One month prior to your program you will receive an event letter with directions a packing list and more information about what to expect at camp. We will follow all state of Colorado and GSCO COVID-19 guidelines for in-person activities, which may include pre-program health screenings, face coverings, social distance activity modifications, small groups for program rotations and others.

After the program day, we encourage troops to stay overnight at camp and extend the camp fun! Groups will be responsible for planning their own meals and activities outside of Girl Scout staff led program. On the registration form, indicate that your troop is interested in booking a cabin, and a GSCO staff member will follow up to complete your booking if a cabin is available.

If there are not enough girl spaces available for you troop when you are completing registration, we may be able to accommodate additional girls depending on the size of your troop, please contact us at the email below.
