Outdoor Adventure Club Trailblazers: Wonder Women
Join us for an empowering retreat at Tomahawk Ranch! At this event we will have a yoga & meditation session to tap into our mind-body connection before learning beginner self-defense techniques. Then head into the woods to practice wilderness first aid skills like how to treat hypothermia, care for wounds, splint, and more! You’ll walk away feeling physically and mentally strong and ready for your next adventure! This event is open to girls in 7th-12th grade. All spaces are first come, first served.
Registration Opens Thursday, September 16. Registration closes Thursday, October 28 or when the event reaches capacity.
