Courses:

Morning Course (9 - 11:30 a.m.): Power Up! Facilitator Training
Are you ready to help your peers stand-up and speak out against bullying situations? Girl Scouts of Colorado’s Power Up! Program is designed to lead girls through activities to understand the complexity of bullying situations and what they can do to stand up against them. In this workshop girls will participate in these activities while also learning how to facilitate them to a group. Girls should have earned or in the process of earning their Program Aide award.

Lunch Break 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Afternoon Course (12:30 - 2 p.m.): Science of Happiness
What does it really mean to experience happiness? Could we use science to help figure this out? In this workshop girls will dive into understanding their own happiness and how to get happy through helping others. Cadettes will earn their Science of Happiness badge and all attendees will gain useful skills to help make their world the happiest place it can be.
