Girl Scouts of Colorado offers many opportunities to volunteer with girls or adults. There are endless flexible ways to participate. Whatever your background, whatever your interest, whatever your schedule permits, we need you. Your options are limited only by your imagination! Camp: Day, weekend and resident camp experiences that introduce and explore the outdoors.

Events: Standalone program offerings; examples include a career event for Seniors and Ambassadors, or a leadership conference for teenage Girl Scouts.

Series: A sequence of sessions related to a specific theme with the same group of girls for a short duration.

Travel: Girls prepare, plan, earn money and participate in group travel, council-sponsored trips or nationally sponsored excursions.

Troop: The same group of girls participating in a variety of activities, usually over a span of nine to 12 months.

Virtual: An online Girl Scout community that provides girls with the opportunity to participate in Girl Scouting without regard to geographic location.

Indirect: Work behind the scenes with other adults. Examples include serving on the board of directors, doing administrative work at an office, data entry and processing, training other adults, help with product sales, work in the retail shop and much more.
