Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS: Reservations for properties need to be made no later than 30 days from the reservation date. If final payment for a reservation isn’t received 30 days before the reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled. Groups will not be allowed to reserve more than one property for the same group and date.
LATE FEE: Any changes to lodging, food service, and activities that occur within 14 days from a reservation date will be assessed a $25 late fee. The changes include both additions and deletions.

Features a dining/meeting hall, year-round cabins, seasonal lodges, teepees and tent sites.
Seasonals/Teepees/Tents are available llate spring through early fall. All season units: all year-round
Food Service: Food service is required of those staying in the cabins. Food service may be available for those staying in seasonal shelters and platform tent units.
1 Night: $21- Friday-dinner, Saturday-breakfast, lunch, and 1 snack

Facilities:
Four (4) Lodges (Arrowhead, Totem Pole, Kachina and Tom Tom): 28 (24 for Arrowhead) capacity in each lodge. Lodges have fully-equipped kitchens with dishwasher (Arrowhead has no dishwasher), toaster, coffee maker, etc. Dishes and cooking supplies provided for the capacity of the lodge. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces; indoor plumbing facilities and showers. Food service is required.
Seasonal Units (3) (Blue Feather, Running Deer and Navajo): Each unit consists of two buildings that sleep 14 each (not winterized) and an activity shelter. Capacity of 28 in each unit. Detached shower house with modern indoor plumbing facilities (May – September weather permitting). Seasonal units have bunk beds with mattresses and electricity. Outdoor cooking equipment is available for all units, make arrangements with Site Manager.
Chipeta(3): Large teepees on platforms. Capacity of 24. Latrines at site. Running water in summer, outdoor cooking equipment (pans, pots, utensils and stoves) is available, make arrangements with Site Manager.
Kiva(5): Shelters are three-sided wooden shelters with floors, with a rolled canvas front. Capacity of 30. Latrines at site. Running water in summer with 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs) the rest of the year. Outdoor cooking equipment (pans, pots, utensils and stoves) is available by making arrangements with the Site Manager.
Wynetka: Tent area (tents available for you to pitch, make arrangements with Site Manager prior to your arrival). Latrines at site. Capacity of 30. Running water in summer with 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs) the rest of the year. Outdoor cooking equipment (pans, pots, utensils and stoves) is available by making arrangements with the Site Manager.
Pathfinder and Timberline Platform Tent Units: Platform tents on wooden bases. All tents have cots and mattresses and sleep four each tent. Pathfinder sleeps 32, Timberline sleeps 28. Latrines at each site. Running water in summer. Outdoor cooking equipment (pans, pots, utensils and stoves) is available by making arrangements with the Site Manager.
