Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS: Reservations for properties need to be made no later than 30 days from the reservation date. If final payment for a reservation isn’t received 30 days before the reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled. Groups will not be allowed to reserve more than one property for the same group and date.
LATE FEE: Any changes to lodging, food service, and activities that occur within 14 days from a reservation date will be assessed a $25 late fee. The changes include both additions and deletions.
Located in the beautiful Pike National Forest, Sky High is a large, rustic property just north of Woodland Park, featuring a lodge/hall, year-round and seasonal cabins and tent sites. Lots of rooms for rustic retreats or trainings.
Lodge, Troop House, Homestead House, Director’s Den, Cooks Roost, Health Lodge and all other units are available mid-August through mid-May. Sawmill is available year-round.

Facilities:
Lodge: Day Use Capacity: 112. Overnight capacity: 40. Mattresses on the floor, fully equipped industrial kitchen with settings for 112, running water, latrine toilets, one indoor toilet, showers in separate building (seasonal) and indoor fire place.
Arrowhead Tabins (3): Each sleep 6. Mattresses on cots for a capacity of 18, water in summer, outdoor cooking area and 2 latrine toilets, wood floors, roofs and partial wood walls with canvas doors and remainder of walls.
Citadel Cabins (3): 1 cabin sleeps 6 and 3 cabins sleep 8. Mattresses on cots for a capacity of 30, woodstoves in each cabin, outdoor cooking area and 4 latrine toilets, no electricity/heat. Water is available in 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs).
Cooks Cabin(1): Sleeps 2. Mattresses on cots, wood stove for heat, electricity. Water is available in 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs) and latrine toilets.
Director’s Den (1): Sleeps 6. Mattresses on cots, wood stove for heat, electricity and latrine toilets.
Greenwood Cabins(4): 3 cabins sleep 12 each plus 1 cabin sleeps 6, Capacity of 42. Mattresses on bunk beds, electric baseboard heat, electricity, outdoor cooking area, water spigot (seasonally) and 4 latrine toilets.
Health Lodge (1): Sleeps 12 on bunk beds. Furnace and wood stove for heat, electricity, latrine toilets and plumbing (seasonally).
Homestead House (1): Lodge sleeps 8. Mattresses on the floor and 12 on bunk beds in 3 rooms for a total of 20. Electricity, full kitchen amenities, refrig, stove, oven, sink, indoor plumbing and toilets.
Lucky CircleCabins (5): Each sleep 8 each for a capacity of 40. Mattresses on bunk beds, electricity, electric baseboard for heat, outdoor cooking, 4 latrine toilets and water spigot.
Primitive Tent Sites (3): Sleep up to 30 each for a capacity of 90. Outdoor cooking, water is available in 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs).
Sawmill Cabins (3): Each sleep 8 each for a capacity of 24. Mattresses on bunk beds, wood stoves, outdoor cooking area, 4 latrine toilets and water in 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs). No electricy/heat.
Troop House Cabin: Cabin sleeps 24. Mattresses on the floor. Indoor and outdoor cooking facilities, wood stove for heat, no running water but does have drain, electricity and water in 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs).
Additional Info: Food service may be available to large groups that have reserved a majority of the camp property
