Please follow the steps listed below to ensure that you see the correct prices for troop use. If you see Tier 3 pricing, please MAKE THE RESERVATION TO RESERVE YOUR DATES AND THEN CONTACT property.reservation@gscolorado.org.

Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be made, and a full payment received no later than 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival date. If a final payment is not received by this time, the reservation will be cancelled.
Groups will not be allowed to reserve more than one Property for the same dates.
Please note that Girl Scouts of Colorado may update their fees without notice. Once a Property has been secured with a deposit, the price will not be subject to any fee updates.

LATE FEE: Any changes to Lodging, Food Service, or Activities that take place within 30 days of a guest’s arrival date will be subject to a $25 late fee. This includes both additions and deletions.

REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS: If a reservation is cancelled before 30 days prior to a guest’s arrival date, they will forfeit their deposit, but will be refunded all other fees. Deposits may be transferred to a new reservation, if the guest requests the transfer before 30 days prior to their arrival date.
After 30 days prior to a guest’s arrival date, full refunds will only be granted if the reservation was cancelled by Girl Scouts of Colorado, or in the event of adverse weather conditions that prohibit safe travel. If a guest must cancel their trip due to weather conditions, they must contact the Site Manager of the Property or a Girl Scouts of Colorado Council Office no later than the day before their planned arrival. The contact information for each Property can be found in the Site User Manual.

Sky High Ranch

 

Located in the beautiful Pike National Forest, Sky High is a large, rustic property just north of Woodland Park, featuring a lodge/hall and seasonal cabins and tent sites. Lots of rooms for rustic retreats or trainings. Food service and activities are not available, prepare to cook your own meals and organize your own activities.

Facilities:

  • Lodge: Day Use Capacity: 112. Overnight capacity: 40. Mattresses on the floor, fully equipped industrial kitchen with settings for 112, running water, latrine toilets, one indoor toilet, showers in separate building (seasonal) and indoor fire place.
  • Arrowhead Tabins (3): Each sleep 6.  Mattresses on cots for a capacity of 18, water in summer, outdoor cooking area and 2 latrine toilets, wood floors, roofs and partial wood walls with canvas doors and remainder of walls.
  • Citadel Cabins (3): 1 cabin sleeps 6 and 3 cabins sleep 8. Mattresses on cots for a capacity of 30, woodstoves in each cabin, outdoor cooking area and 4 latrine toilets, no electricity/heat. Water is available in 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs).
  • Greenwood Cabins (4):  3 cabins sleep 12 each plus 1 cabin sleeps 6, Capacity of 42. Mattresses on bunk beds, electric baseboard heat, electricity, outdoor cooking area, water spigot (seasonally) and 4 latrine toilets.
  • Homestead House (1): Lodge sleeps 8. Mattresses on the floor and 12 on bunk beds in 3 rooms for a total of 20. Electricity, full kitchen amenities, refrig, stove, oven, sink, indoor plumbing and toilets.
  • Lucky Circle Cabins (5): Each sleep 8 each for a capacity of 40. Mattresses on bunk beds, electricity, electric baseboard for heat, outdoor cooking, 4 latrine toilets and water spigot.
  • Sawmill Cabins (3): Each sleep 8 each for a capacity of 24. Mattresses on bunk beds, wood stoves, outdoor cooking area, 4 latrine toilets and water in 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs). No electricy/heat.
  • Troop House Cabin: Cabin sleeps 24. Mattresses on the floor. Indoor and outdoor cooking facilities, wood stove for heat, no running water but does have drain, electricity and water in 5 gallon plastic containers (Jerry Jugs).
