Refunds are given on a per registrant basis. Cancellations prior to the event deadline will receive a refund (minus a $5 processing fee). Written notice is required (email is acceptable).
If an event registration fee is 5.00 or less, no refund will be given.
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.
No refunds will be given after the registration deadline.
Ticketed events cannot be refunded after the deadline.
If GSCO staff cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
