One of the most significant volunteer roles within Girl Scouts of Colorado is volunteering to serve as a council delegate to the National Council Meeting. Delegates carry the responsibility for determining the direction of Girl Scouting throughout the country, as well as sharing insights and reasoning for decisions made at the national level with members throughout the Girl Scouts of Colorado. In addition, delegates serve as a critical link in sharing and helping implement the ideas, direction, and decisions learned or made at the National Council. It is one of the most rewarding and potentially influential roles of a volunteer. A Complete description of the roles and responsibilities of National Council Delegates can be found here.

(Please Note: All delegates must be 14 years of age or older, and a registered member of Girl Scouts in good standing.)

**THE CUTOFF FOR APPLYING WAS OCTOBER 31, 2013. NO FURTHER APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME.**
