A beautiful mountain stream runs by this rustic outdoor enthusiast’s cottage in Lyons. A great jump off point for a fishing or backpacking weekend. This property is located near Rocky Mountain National Park, 1.8 miles past Lyons on Highway 36.

Facilities: The cabin sleeps 10-15 on the floor. Kitchen has refrigerators, stove/oven, folding chairs/tables, no running water, latrines. There is a craft shelter (covered) but it is not suitable for use in extreme weather.

Pricing for Nonprofits/Girl Scout Related Groups: Day Fee: $25   1 Night: $60   2 Night: $90
