Leadership development is at the core of Girl Scouts and is the thread that is woven through everything a girl experiences in Girl Scouts. Throughout the Girl Scout experience, girls strive to earn awards that encapsulate and recognize these leadership experiences.

Juliettes Need Advisors for Silver & Gold Awards
We've got the girls, we have the technology - all we need are volunteers with expertise. Girls who are unable for whatever reason to be active with a troop need help with Silver & Gold Awards. This is an ideal way for volunteers who have stepped back from troop responsibilities to stay active with Girl Scouts and provide much needed support for Juliettes as they work toward the two highest recognitions in Girl Scouting.
