Girl Scouts can change the world and you can be part of it!
Girl Scouts of all ages are engaging in a nationwide, annual, signature community action project called Girl Scouts Forever Green. The project will grow as we near the celebration of 100 years of Girl Scouting in the United States in 2012.
Girl Scouts of Colorado was selected as a pilot council for this national initiative. Long-time advocates for the environment, Girl Scouts envision being at the forefront of environmental sustainability, leading schools and communities in using resources wisely.
Join Girl Scouts across Colorado as we make a huge impact on the environment! Watch Colorado get greener as girls put their plans into action and track their progress on a specifically designed Web site www.gsforevergreen.org
All Girl Scout troops, individual Girl Scouts, alumnae, friends and families can get involved today and be Forever Green!
Download the Forever Green Resource Guide and learn how to get started on your project today!
Thank you to the Walmart Foundation for its generous support of this program.
