Manager or Regional Product Sales Director

Information for Girls and Families
There are 4 ways to participate! We know many schools also do fund raising at this time but you can do both! Order magazines from school and fill out an address booklet and order nuts and chocolates from Girl Scouts or order candy from school and renew a subscription through Girl Scouts! Investigate what works for your family and choose one, two, three or all four ways to participate!

- On-line - Get permission from your parents, then click here to send emails to friends and family who live out of town or who want to pay for magazine orders by credit card.
- Catalog Orders - Show the catalog to friends and family and have them fill out the paper order forms. Remember to collect payment (cash or checks) for all orders.
- Nut and Chocolate Orders - Show the order form to your friends and family and have them order their favorites. If they don't want anything for themselves, you can ask if they would like to contribute $5 to buy a can of nuts to be sent to the military overseas. Turn in all payments to your Troop Manager.
- Address Booklets - Enter the names and addresses of eleven different friends and family members who live out of town, who don't have email or who may want to order or renew a magazine later. Sign each card and add your own personal note (even just "Hi! Thinking of you!" or "Thank you for supporting Girl Scouts!" are good notes.)
Turn in the following to your Troop Fall Product Sale Manager by October 5, 2009:
- a copy of the Detailed Report Form from the on-line system,
- all paper order forms and your nut and chocolate order form,
- your address booklet and
- all money you have collected.
When the nuts and chocolates arrive, be sure to pick them up and deliver them promptly!

Participating in the Fall Product Sale is an easy, fun way for your troop to earn money needed for activities before cookies. Just follow the steps to success:

- Send the girl packets home so girls and families can choose how they want to participate.
- Schedule a time for girls to turn in orders, address booklets and payments by October 5.
- Enter the orders into the Ashdon Farms - NutE website (http://gsorders.ashdonfarms.com) by 11:00pm October 7, 2009.
- Deposit all money into the troop and/or council account and turn in the paperwork to your Service Unit Fall Product Sale Manager.
- Pick up your nuts and chocolates and arrange for the girls to pick them up.
