Participating in the Fall Product Sale is an easy, fun way for your troop to earn money before cookies. Girls can involve family and friends who live outside of the council area. Troops participating in the 2008 Fall Product Sale will have the opportunity to sell nuts and chocolates along with the magazines, books and music.

Online Magazine Ordering
New this year! An online ordering system allowing customers to use their credit cards
Girl Scouts of Colorado is thrilled to offer online magazine ordering! This is an exciting NEW way to participate in our Nut/QSP sale…troops earn profit and girls earn incentives!
- Visit the QSP Online Program to register your daughter and yourself.
- Girls can play a terrific interactive Polar Bear program activity and learn a lot of cool things about polar bears, online shopping and the environment.
- Enter 12 or more e-mail addresses of family and friends. . . earn the “Reduce and Reuse”interlocking patch.
- Original e-mail and two reminder e-mails are sent to your friends and family during your sale; remember e-mails are ONLY used for this program.
After e-mails are sent, family and friends will have an opportunity to place order online using their credit card! The orders are processed immediately and magazines arrive faster! Girls earn incentives and troops earn 13-15% for every order generated online. Print out the “Detailed Order Report”and turn it in to your Troop by October 6, 2008 for credit!
Girl recognitions
- Two magazine, book or CD orders = Go Green Bear Patch
- Five nut or chocolate orders = Observe & Conserve patch
- $70 combined orders = Mini Back Pack
- $120 combined orders = Plush Polar Bear
- $180 combined orders = Go Green T-shirt
- $240 combined orders = Book certificate or Music certificate
- $300 combined orders = Giant Plush Polar Bear
Earn start-up money
- Troop earns 13% of each magazine, book or music purchase and $1 for each can of nuts or chocolates purchased.
- Each girl turning in an address booklet with 11 completed addresses earns an additional $3 for her troop plus a flashlight key chain and Recycle Patch for herself.
- Your troop will earn a “Global Warning” book if the average is $60 per registered girl in the troop.
- If the average is $140 per registered girl the troop will receive the Ice Cream Ball.
- If the average is $180 per registered girl the troop will receive a $35 certificate for Girl Scout activities, troop camping or merchandise from the retail shop.
