Silver & Gold Award Celebrations

Each year, Girl Scouts celebrates the young women who have earned the two highest awards in Girl Scouting. Silver Award recipients are recognized by troop; Gold Award recipients are honored individually. Gold Award project displays are available before the ceremony and during the light reception afterward. Families are welcome and reservations are required. Dress is uniforms for scouts and appropriate business attire for family and friends.

Deadlines:  All  Gold Award projects to be honored at the spring celebrations must be completed across the state by March 15.  Final Presentations in Denver must be presented by the March 10, 2011 committee meeting. The deadline for Silver Award recognition is March 15 at  5p.m. for report summaries.

Denver & Fort Collins

Colorado Springs & Pueblo

The 2011 Celebration, honoring Bronze, Silver & Gold Award recipients are to be determined.  


Grand Junction, Durango

No official ceremonies are planned at this time.
