Join the Girl Scouts of Colorado in their mission for a fit summer. We will go over simple fun ways to be healthy young ladies!
We will meet on August 6th, 7th, and 8th from 10 am to 1 pm.
During this fitness camp we will do yoga, play sports, games and learn about nutrition. We will also have a few crafts while we take a breather. Being active is important and we will have fun doing it! There will also be healthy snacks provided!
