Come and see world class American Saddlebred show horses compete right here in Colorado!  The 46th Annual Denver Queen City Horse Show will be held on July 17-19 at the National Western Events Center located at 1515 East 47th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80216.  The horse show attracts approximately 100-150 world class American Saddlebred horses competing for the Colorado Saddlebred State Championships.  Also included will be world class Peruvian Horses for the Centennial State Regional Championship Peruvian Horse Show.  Arabians, Morgans, Hackney Ponies, Road Horses, and various other breeds also compete at the show right here is Colorado!  Performances run from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm daily.  Feel free to come and watch anytime!  A feature of the show is a grand entry presentation by the Westernaires at 6:00 pm each night.  Saturday night will feature an Iron Will Championship night for Cancer Research.  We encourage everyone to wear red Saturday night.  Admission and parking are FREE!

Community service opportunities are available for girls who want to help at the horse show.  Girls will be able to open and close the show ring gates during a performance and they can also hand out trophies and ribbons to the winning horses.  Some might even be in a winning picture or two.  If you are not interested in community service opportunities, you may come and watch.  The perfect spectator is anyone who loves horses!!!  The events center holds approximately 5,000 spectators so bring as many people as you like.  The seating is stadium seating and everyone has their own individual fold down seat.  There is also special seating for those with disabilities.  No reservation is required and there is no reservation deadline, just come by anytime during one (or all) of the performances.  You may choose to attend as many or as few as you like.  Performances run from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm daily on July 17-19.
