This is a workshop for moms and daughters (or primary guardian).
Talking to your daughter about puberty can be a daunting and even embarrassing task. Many of us received very little information from our parents when it came time for ‘the talk’, and so we may not have much experience to draw from. It is hard to know where to start, when to do it, how to say it and so on.
It is our belief that families are best suited to be the primary source of education and communication when it comes to our kids’ health. “The Talk” Workshop serves as an ice breaker for moms and daughters. It opens the door of communication by allowing them to receive the educational information together, discuss what they are learning and have fun doing it!
