Are you excited to get outdoors with your Girl Scout Troop? We want to help you feel prepared to go on outdoor adventures with your Girl Scouts! We are excited to host our 2018 Annual Outdoor Skills training event at Sky High Ranch in Woodland Park. This unique training and enrichment event will be held outside in a rustic setting for most of the day. Walking (5-15 minutes) may be involved to various site locations on the property. Hands-on experiences provided at this training event are tools for adult volunteers to use for planning “Girl-Led” outdoor troop trips and adventures. (There are a limited number of spots for C/S/A Girl Scouts to get training too). Participants will intentionally be outside the duration of the day so that they will gain outdoor experience and leave prepared for all types of weather and terrain. Please plan to dress in layers, bring waterproof hiking boots, a water bottle, prepare for all types of weather (sun, rain or snow) and have fun with us!

All attendees must be current Girl Scout members. Adults attending this training event must also be approved volunteers (current members that have eligible volunteer status).

This is an adult training event with limited capacity for older girls who aspire to lead and take back information to their "Girl-Led" troops. Limit one or two girl representatives per troop. (One Attendee per registration form)

If you have any questions about this training or have trouble completing registration, please contact inquiry@gscolorado.org or 877-404-5708.
