Help make a difference by participating in the Annual Teddy Bear Project and collecting new and slightly loved plush animals for kids in crisis. The project has collected and recycled over 120,000 animals since 1999!

How do I participate?

Step 1: Complete the attached forms for all individuals who are participating in this project. (Note: These Girl Scout Troop-specific forms can also be found at the website listed above). Return forms to

1. Participation Agreement should be returned before these in before you begin to collect

2. Release of Liability Form should be sent in before you begin delivery

Step 2: Collect! New and slightly loved animals of all sizes, shapes, colors and professions.

Step 3: Post collection - Tag!

Step 4: Have a tagging party with your company, children and families. This is where the Kids Empowering Kids part of the program swings into full gear!!

Select your home, school or faith organization!

Step 5: Email us at for delivery. Include final numbers and whether your troop will be with you.
