Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. Girl Scouts of Colorado makes it easy, meaningful and fun for girls and volunteers to grow as leaders. We serve more than 31,000 girls throughout the state. With the support of nearly 10,000 volunteers, we help girls discover more about themselves, connect with friends and take action to improve their communities Girl Scouts of Colorado invests $384 per girl annually to provide a premier leadership experience. One-third of the girls we serve come from financially disadvantaged, underserved or at-risk backgrounds. We granted approximately $200,000 in assistance to troops and individual girls for dues, uniforms and materials, events and camp statewide in 2011. We are proud that in the last fiscal year, we spent a higher percentage of our money on programs and activities for girls and less on management and fundraising, compared to last year. Select programs are described in more detail as well as the regions served by Girl Scouts of Colorado in the other donation options found on this page but there is so much more. We encourage you to show your interest in any of these featured areas if chose by making your donation through the related link or show your general support for all we do through the link found on this page.  Either way, we thank you for your support!
